Strategy meets soul.

Helping health & wellness founders grow with content that builds trust (and runs without you).

I didn’t start in marketing. I started by changing my life.

Sobriety, storytelling, and structure helped me get clear, and stay consistent. That’s what drew me to content: the power of honest words to build trust, move people, and grow something real.

Now, I help health and wellness founders do the same. I create done-for-you content systems that attract high-quality leads, free up your time, and grow your business while you sleep.

What I bring to the table.

A mix of strategic brain and creative hands.

With 5+ years of design and content experience, I’ve helped mission-driven brands turn ideas into systems and strategies into sales. I write, build, and help launch content engines that scale your business, without adding to your to-do list.

Some of the things I do:

  • Educational email courses

  • LinkedIn strategy & writing

  • Lead magnet development

  • SEO research & messaging

  • Video and photography

  • Brand storytelling & thought leadership

What makes my approach different.

Content shouldn’t be a grind.

You don’t need to post every day or be everywhere to grow. You just need a system. A clear message, a consistent presence, and a strategic plan.

I partner closely with a small number of founders at a time to do just that. Together, we build trust at scale (without the overwhelm).

A bit more personal.

Before this, I was a jazz bassist, a private chef, and a nomad.

I’ve lived a lot of lives. And through every one of them, I’ve learned to listen closely, think clearly, and move with intention.

These days, I live with my wife and son in a quieter rhythm. One that’s rooted in service, creativity, and the kind of work that actually matters.
